For the month of September we’ve continued to work on Wyke Avenue and New Church Road projects – which are now close to being finished. We’ve also completed a couple of smaller landscaping projects, one in Worthing and the other in Brighton.
Classic Contemporary Garden Design : Wyke Avenue
Garden design and all landscaping undertaken by Art&Soil Ltd
Work to include; clearance of existing concrete garage and paving, construction of raised borders, paved terraces and paths, driveway and other landscaping. Erection of fencing and gates, turfing and supply and planting of soft landscaping including trees, shrubs, climbers and herbaceous perennials.
Moroccan Theme Courtyard : New Church Road
Install hard and soft landscaping as shown on garden design plan supplied by Julia Zeen garden design.
The garden features; built-in seating, bespoke water feature, Travertine and Dutch brick paving, raised borders, ground work and labour for Victorian style tiling and an outdoor pizza oven.
Front Garden Paving : Wigmore Road
We dug out the front garden to the required depth to lay grey sandstone paving on one level using mixed sized slabs with a black limestone sett edging to delineate path.
Courtyard Refresh : Queens Park Road
Front Garden: Removed existing lawn and unwanted plants, lay semi permeable membrane and plant new tree, a selection of grasses and herbaceous plants to suit the aspect of the garden.
Rear Garden: We cleared existing shed/ cupboard from the garden and pruned existing climbers and shrubs. Constructed paved terrace using Brazilian slate paving. Dig out along property to ensure proper drainage and airflow to house. Install climbing wires along rear wall and touch-up paint work as necessary and planted a palm tree.
